Porting – Transferring phone numbers to Easybell in France

If you want to switch from another telephone provider to Easybell, you can simply take your existing telephone numbers with you. Nobody has to remember new phone numbers, no contact is lost!

This process of transferring numbers is called porting. We explain the necessary steps for porting in these instructions.

Please note that this article refers to our services in France.

Step 1:

Download the porting form and provide the necessary information.

Please make absolutely sure that you fill in the data exactly as it is stored with your previous provider. Otherwise there may be errors and delays in coordinating the number porting.

Step 2:

Please scan the completed and signed porting form and send it to the following e-mail address:

support@easybell.fr

Step 3:

Easybell will check your details and then start the porting process. We will then forward the form to our pre-service provider, who will coordinate the porting with your old provider.

Step 4:

Once the porting is complete, the numbers will be displayed in your customer portal and you can assign them to a trunk. From this moment on, you can already use the numbers outgoing and incoming.

If there are any problems with the porting process, we will contact you to resolve any obstacles.

If you are unsure, please always contact your old telephone provider first. After all, it is the provider who has to approve the porting. And only they know your exact contract details.
